The
company was started in the year 1947 after the
Independence of India by Mr. Hansraj Sachdev,
Mr. Shadilal Sachdev and Mr.
Jagdish Lal Khorana at Calcutta in one
room with a very small capital.
After the death of the two senior
partners Mr. Jagdish Lal Khorana
along with his son Ajay Khorana are
managing the day to day affairs of the industry.
After about 2 years, in the year
1950 we shifted to Chata wala gali in Central
Kolkata and later to Weston Street,in the year
1965. Here we are still having an office and a
part of our factory.
In the year 1993, we started a separate unit in
the name and style of "Mansi Udyog"
for manufacturing Table Tennis Tables.
In the year 1996, we shifted
our wood working carrom board unit to new factory
at 7, Gurudas Dutta Garden Lane.Here we produce
carrom boards with the help of modern machines
and are also doing the water proof coating of
tournament boards.
Today we are one of the oldest
and leading manufacturer of Carrom Board in India
and are manufacturing more than 150 Carrom Boards
per day.
Our Carrom Board Cospo Fantasia
(R) is approved by All India Carrom Federation.And
is appreciated for its quality and finish. We
also make small and big Carrom Boards as per the
requirements of our customers.
Our Carrom boards have been used in different
